If you would like to order a print of an illustration that you have commissioned through Quayscape, please add a set up fee which covers scanning & digital editing to make the image digital print-ready.
Exact price depends on size and complexity of your illustration £15-40
DELIVERY
Delivery for standard size prints and cards is by Royal Mail Tracked 24, starting at £4.45.
We dont want to overcharge for shipping, so if you think that basket calculates a high shipping price, please get in touch for it to be recalculated.
If you live in the Dartmouth/Brixham area, please contact to arrange for free collection or pre-arranged delivery.

RETURNS
If you change your mind once you have ordered an item, you are eligible for a refund for the item and delivery, or to exchange the item:
-
the customer must contact us by email as soon as possible if the item has not yet been dispatched, or within 14 days of receiving the item, to notify us of their intent
-
the customer is responsible for getting the item back to us in an undamaged state, within 14 days of notifying us that they request a refund.

the customer should pay to send the item back, tracked with proof of postage to avoid it being lost. The item is the customer’s responsibility until we have received it
-
the refund will be made to the account from which the funds were taken from, once we have received the undamaged item
-
refunds will not be accepted for personalised cards/prints/commissions.
DAMAGES
If the item that you received is damaged, you are eligible for a refund, or to exchange the item:

the customer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to notify us that the item is damaged. Full details and photographs will be requested.

we will liaise with the customer to cover the postage costs of returning the faulty/damaged item back to us
-
the refund will be made to the account from which the funds were taken from, once we have received the faulty/damaged item
