• Read at the Commission guide • Send an email with: • ideas for your illustration (eg photos & address of the property or type of boat, etc) • what your £ budget is • what style artwork you like (see Style Guide) • what size you want (A5, A4, A3, A2 approximate sizes) • when you want it for • who it is for • Quayscape will reply with confirmation of: • timescale • price of commission • approximate price of delivery • paper type & size • what style will work best for your chosen image • Pay a deposit to secure your commission slot • 20% of the commission price • Quayscape will send a small approval sketch, usually within a week • b&w or colour sketch depending on image complexity • can be digitally edited to move elements • this must be approved • Quayscape will work on final illustration • pencil sketch can be slightly adjusted • no edits once painting is commenced • you can monitor progress on your private page of Quayscape website • Quayscape will notify you when the illustration is finished • Final invoice will be sent before illustration is despatched • Illustration will be packaged and sent according to your preferred delivery

• Lightweight packing frame with an acrylic front • can be sent through the post • this is an economy frame but presents the artwork ready for gifting • delivery is slightly more than unframed • Glass frames • cannot be sent through post due to delivery issues • if collecting the artwork from South Devon, it may be possible to have the artwork framed in a glass frame • Mounted • mounted in a simple card mount (please check availability of mounts) • Unframed • the best option if you want to frame yourself • the cheapest delivery option
