Delivery, returns, packaging

Our print and card store is currently closed while we concentrate on new illustrations for the print catalogue.

Please message at any time over the summer if you have any questions, would like to discuss a possible commission or would like to order any prints or cards for late Summer/Autumn/Christmas 2021.

If you are a trade customer and interested in stocking Quayscape cards and prints this summer, please get in touch and we can quote you prices and timeframes.




The cost of shipping is included in the price of most single prints and cards.  Exact cost of product and shipping is listed in the bullet point information on each product listing.


  • Orders over £10 are sent by Royal Mail first class signed for postage service.

  • Orders under £10 are sent by Royal Mail first class postage service.

  • Commissioned portraits are sent by ParcelForce 24 hour service, RM Special Delivery or RM 1st class signed for.


If you want to order 2+ items and you think you are paying too much shipping, please message for shipping discount.

If you are asking for 2+ items to be printed for you and shipped, we will calculate the shipping for you.

If ordering for delivery on the Isle of Wight, please message for delivery details and if hand delivery /click & collect is possible we can give shipping discount.



If you change your mind once you have ordered an item, you are eligible for a refund for the item and delivery, or to exchange the item:

  • the customer must contact us by email as soon as possible if the item has not yet been dispatched, or within 14 days of receiving the item, to notify us of their intent

  • the customer is responsible for getting the item back to us in an undamaged state, within 14 days of notifying us that they request a refund. The customer should pay to send the item back, tracked with proof of postage to avoid it being lost. The item is the customer’s responsibility until we have received it

  • the refund will be made to the account from which the funds were taken from, once we have received the undamaged item

  • refunds will not be accepted for personalised cards/prints/commissions.


If the item that you received is damaged, you are eligible for a refund, or to exchange the item:

  • the customer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to notify us that the item is damaged. Full details and photographs will be requested.

  • we will liaise with the customer to cover the postage costs of returning the faulty/damaged item back to us

  • the refund will be made to the account from which the funds were taken from, once we have received the faulty/damaged item

At Quayscape we prefer to ‘reuse’ before ‘recycle’, so we have chosen specific packaging that you can reuse, or that we have reused.  Our range of packaging includes (depending on what is packaged)

  • new clear plastic grip seal poly bags.  Please don't throw them away or recycle them until you have used them a lot!  (great for exam pencil cases, first aid kits, in fact really great for storing just about anything!)

  • tissue paper and/or Kraft wrapping paper.  We try not to use tape or stickers on tissue or wrap so that you can reuse it for gifting or for general household tasks (Kraft paper is great for cooking Christmas cakes!)

  • bakers twine.  We tie bows rather than knots so that you can reuse, great for Christmas presents, tying the brown paper around the Christmas cake, hanging ornaments, displaying birthday cards, endless list of possibilities! 

  • hard backed envelopes.  Unfortunately we do have to stick address labels on them, but please reuse the card from the envelope

  • new and recycled card.  Great for making templates, kids making-boxes, moving furniture (slip a sheet under furniture so you can slide it)
